PlugUpp Dynamic Attachments for Gravity Forms
Adds an Additional attachments section to each Gravity Forms notification. Email private files whose web address is never shown, or Media Library files.
Gravity Forms can attach the files a visitor uploads. It cannot attach a file you already have, such as a brochure, a price list or the guide a page is about. This plugin adds that to each notification on its own. Every notification gets an Additional attachments section with two switches, and nothing changes until you turn one on.
The files can be private. A private file is not in the Media Library and the site never shows its web address. It exists only to be emailed, under its real name. You upload it in a Private files tab beside the Media Library, wherever you choose files.
Static attachments are files you pick once for a notification. Attach the files from the page the form was on sends the files you pick in the Email attachments box on each page. Gravity Forms records the page a form was sent from, so one form can send different files from every page it sits on. You can use either switch or both. No hidden fields, no extra plugins.
If a configured file cannot be prepared, that notification is held back. It is never sent with a file missing. The entry gets a note that says what went wrong and how to fix it, and everything else about the submission carries on as normal.
Everything runs on your own server through Gravity Forms' usual sending. Your forms, entries and files are never sent to any outside service. The plugin's tab under Forms, Settings lists the other PlugUpp plugins, read from WordPress.org once a day.
